This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United States and European Union.

All standard orders are prepared and dispatched within:

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, high-volume periods), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are

United States: 2–7 business days
European Union: 2–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, and customs clearance (EU).


3. Custom Rings, Engraved Items & Special Orders

Customized pieces (engraving, sizing, made-to-order rings, personalized designs) may require additional processing time before shipment.

You will be notified by email if your order includes an item requiring extra production time.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all states)

  • European Union member countries

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to follow your package in real time

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, excessively delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@damasori.com

We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.
Damasori is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
